Tom Collins
A tall, fizzy gin sour lengthened with soda water.
Ingredients
- 2 ozLondon dry gin
- 1 ozFresh lemon juice
- ½ ozSimple syrup
- Top withSoda water
Method
- Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and top with soda.
