History

Michael McIlroy (that's an "i" after the "Mc" in the name) created this in Attaboy, NYC. Following the structure of an Americano, he instead swaps in dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth and also adds a splash of lime juice and simple syrup to make something of a Campari Sour/Americano hybrid. The result is something quite low-ABV but very bittersweet and an excellent sipping aperitif.
