Bloody Mary
Vodka and tomato juice with lemon, spice and savoury seasoning - the brunch standard.
Ingredients
- 2 ozVodka
- 4 ozTomato juice
- ½ ozFresh lemon juice
- 3 dashesWorcestershire sauce
- 3 dashesHot sauce
- 1 pinchCelery salt and black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker or mixing glass and roll gently between tins with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Garnish generously.
