Cuban highball of rum, mint, lime and soda over crushed ice.
Ingredients
- 2 ozWhite rum
- ¾ ozFresh lime juice
- ¾ ozSimple syrup
- 8Fresh mint leaves
- Top withSoda water
Method
- Gently press mint with syrup and lime juice in a highball glass.
- Add rum and crushed ice, stir, then top with soda.
